Pricing

Our pricing page on the website has been updated with our latest monthly and yearly plans. Take a look and find the plan that best suits your needs.

How do I upgrade?

Upgrading is easy. Simply log in to your account, go to settings and select the billing tab. Here you can choose the plan that best suits your needs. Payments are secure and are powered by Stripe.

Managing users

Our plans are seat-based, which means you can add and remove users as needed. Adding new creators will be charged pro-rata and will not affect your current plan.

Changing roles

Creators are the only role that you will be charged for. By changing a user's role to a contributor or viewer, you will reduce the number of paid seats on your plan.

Changing plans

If you need to change your plan, simply log in to your account, go to the settings page, and select the billing tab. Here you can manage your plan, update to a new plan or cancel your current one.

Canceling your plan

If you need to cancel your plan, please contact us for assistance. We will be happy to help you with the process. You can also cancel your plan by updating your plan details in the billing section on the settings page.

Where can I update my billing email?

The billing email will be the email of your admin. If you need a different email to receive billing information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you in updating your billing email.

Where can I find invoices?

Invoices will be sent to your creator+admin. To change this, please email us at [email protected] and we will assist you in updating the email address where invoices will be sent.
