Link insights from customer conversations to your product opportunities. Add links to customer conversations as evidence and connect to the 'why' behind what you are building.
- 1.Start by adding evidence on the linked evidence tab in an opportunity
- 2.Select add new and select Intercom chat
- 3.Add a title, link and description
You can now link back to the intercom chat in the evidence section of an opportunity.
You will need to be logged into intercom to have access to the intercom conversation.
