Linking Zendesk tickets in Orbit

Link insights from customer conversations to your product opportunities. Add links to customer conversations as evidence and connect to the 'why' behind what you are building.

  1. Start by adding evidence on the linked evidence tab in an opportunity

  2. Select add new and select Zendesk Ticket

  3. Add a title, link, and description

You can now link back to the Zendesk ticket in the evidence section of an opportunity.

Access and permissions.

You will need to be logged into Zendesk to have access to the intercom conversation.
