Setting up a JIRA integration: step-by-step guide
To install JIRA, visit the integrations page in Orbit and select the JIRA integration from the menu. Select Connect to install the JIRA integration in Orbit.
After selecting the connect button, you will be redirected and asked to give Orbit access to your Atlassian Account.
Congratulations! Your JIRA integration is now connected. You can configure the JIRA integration, along with all other integrations on the integrations page.
Send opportunities to JIRA
Now that you have set up your integration, you can create an issue from your opportunity backlog.
You can add the following attributes when sending an opportunity from Orbit into JIRA:
JIRA Project
Issue Type
Title
Description
Assignee
Priority
Epic Link
Label
You can now see the content you have created in your JIRA project and link back to the opportunity in Orbit.
You can create an issue from the opportunity page.
And from the opportunity solution tree.
Send solutions to JIRA
You can add the following attributes when sending a solution from Orbit into JIRA:

Issue Type
Title
Description
Assignee
Priority
Epic Link
Label
You can send a solution to JIRA directly from the solution page, or from the opportunity solution tree.
